Florida's Rum

Founded in 2012 in Cape Coral, Florida, Wicked Dolphin Distillery is the first and only women-owned distillery in Florida and is dedicated to producing premium craft rum using the highest quality Florida-grown sugarcane and time-honored distilling traditions. From aged expressions to premium tropical flavor rums, every bottle is crafted with care, character, and a spirit as bold as the Florida coast.

Made with the best ingredients available

The plan from the beginning was to make rum to be proud of, using the best ingredients available. Florida's rich and fertile sugarcane fields are 35 minutes from the distillery, and over half of the sugarcane produced in the United States is grown right here in Florida. Using only local, natural ingredients, Wicked Dolphin is Florida's Rum.
